Select Paint & Finishes, LLC was contracted by Suffolk Construction Co. to perform the interior and exterior painting of the newly constructed Residences at 400 Central located in St. Petersburg, FL. Anticipated to be one of the tallest residential buildings on the west coast of Florida at 46 stories, this newly constructed residential high-rise will soar 515 feet above Downtown St. Petersburg’s vibrant Central, capturing breathtaking views from Tampa Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Select Paint’s scope consisted of painting of the interior of the complex, along with the install of custom wall coverings; the painting of the 9-store garage with retail on level 1 and offices on levels 8-9; and the interior and exterior painting of the stucco siding of both the garage and tower building.
